How do I search and apply for jobs?
The first thing to do is perform a search for jobs that match your skills and interests. Click on the “View Current Career Opportunities” link to view openings. (This site is updated daily to include open jobs in the U.S. and Canada.)
How to I submit a resume or CV for consideration?
When you create a Career Profile in our system, you'll be asked to enter either your CV / resume as plain text, or to upload your CV / resume.
Is there someone I can call or email to follow up on my application status?
Our talent acquisition team reviews the qualifications of all applicants that are qualified for a position. If there is interest in pursuing your candidacy, you will be contacted via phone or email. We ask that you do not contact employees of ConvaTec regarding application status.
I've applied online for a job opening. What is the next step?
After you've applied, you will receive an email that your information has been received.
Next, our talent acquisition team will review your experience, along with similar information from other applicants. Because the number of applicants for some jobs can be large, this review process may take several weeks. We appreciate your patience during our review process.
If you are identified to move forward in our process, you will be contacted by the hiring manager or talent acquisition team member, who will outline next steps.
If you are not selected to move forward, you will receive an email stating that we will not be pursing your candidacy at this time. You still may be contacted about other opportunities that align with your experience in the future.
How can I see if a job has been filled?
All openings on our website are open and active, although they may be in the interview process.
What should I expect during the interview process?
If selected to interview with ConvaTec, you may be contacted for a phone interview. You will be asked a series of questions about your skills and experience. Phone interviews are typically 15-30 minutes in length.
On-site interviews will be conducted by the hiring manager and other team members. You will be asked about your education, experience and interest in the role. Depending on the location and position, you may be asked to travel throughout the interview process.
